  • We offer in person therapy as well as convenient, virtual therapy sessions for clients in Massachusetts.

    Due to licensing laws, clients need to be located in MA at the time of their appointment.

  • We specialize in individual therapy with young adults and adult populations.

  • We accept payment through major insurance plans including Optum/United Health Care, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts.

    If you do not see you insurance listed we do accept private pay and will provide a superbill for clients to request reimbursement from their insurance company.

  • Once you reach out through the website, you’ll hear from me via email to set up a free 15 minute consultation. If we determine I would be a good fit for your needs I will then send you intake paperwork to complete.
