Anna DiGravio, MA
Mental Health Counselor
Anna joined Bending Birch Counseling with a background in youth advocacy and college mental health. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College’s Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Anna brings energy, authenticity, and a strong relational presence to her work. She is deeply passionate about supporting young people navigating identity development, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the many transitions of emerging adulthood.
Her clinical interests include humanistic–existential work, relational–cultural therapy, and the mental health needs of athletes. Anna practices from strengths‑based and person‑centered frameworks, integrating CBT and ACT when they support a client’s goals. She prioritizes building genuine connections and strives to create a transparent, nonjudgmental, and predictable space where clients can explore their identity, tap into their inner strengths, and move forward with confidence.
Anna also believes that moments of lightness can play a meaningful role in the therapeutic process, and she brings warmth into the room when it supports connection and growth. She approaches each therapeutic relationship with awareness of her positionality and is committed to a collaborative process that fosters insight and ongoing personal development.
